• To process and verify tenant applications.
• To coordinate marketing, showings, and lease execution.
• To provide landlords access to dashboards, vendor resources, and updates.
• To contact users about new services, educational materials, or opportunities (opt-out available).

3. Data Retention

• Tenant applications are stored for no more than 30 days and then permanently deleted.
• Contact and marketing data may be retained for ongoing communication unless a user opts out.

• Payment information is processed by PCI-compliant third-party providers; Lease Liaison never stores full payment details.

• Tenants automatically receive a copy of their application upon submission.
