Rachel Nicholas | Real Estate Broker My family lives on a small farm out on the eastern plains. We love rural living—clear skies, fresh air, a garden, and livestock. But it’s also about the community. I grew up in rural Colorado and raised our four kids in this community, where we’ve been deeply involved over the years. Being an active family, we’ve also spent plenty of time across Colorado and the Denver metro area for both work and recreation. Before transitioning to real estate full-time, I spent 20 years as a Respiratory Therapist, both at the bedside and in leadership. I understand what it truly takes to care for people. Meticulous attention to detail, strong advocacy, and clear, calm communication during critical moments are the exact skills I bring to your real estate transaction. My passion for real estate comes from hands-on experience. Having bought, built, and remodeled several homes of my own, I understand how overwhelming the process can feel and how important it is to find a home that truly fits your lifestyle.
